1. This is not AI. Some of the wording may be ham-fisted. There will almost certainly be typos. The cover is AI, because the two human-drawn versions I commissioned for Amazon release would probably be unwelcome here.

2. This is harem. I've tried to make that overwhelmingly obvious. If it somehow sneaks up on you, that's on you, not me. The guy gets the girl. Eventually, he'll get more. The only numbers go up aspect of this story is the amount of loving, supportive relationships involved (which will be 3... unless this gets super popular somehow. In which case, it'll be 4).

3. Harem is not my poorly concealed fetish. Don't bring those value judgments here, thank you! I'm a happily married guy. My wife likes romance stories where everyone gets along, and I started writing in this genre for her. I now write harem instead of women's romance because harem allows for more freedom regarding tropes, plot, and sarcasm.

4. This fiction contains substance abuse. (alcohol) The MC is a bartender battling a drinking problem... and a history of impulsive, failed relationships. Lighthearted and slice-of-life this may be, but reflections on one's relationship with alcohol (and decisions made while drinking) are a central part of the story.

5. Sex and violence. Out of 40 chapters, 2 feature explicit intimate scenes, and 1 features violence with blood. The Royal Road versions of the intimate scenes will be tamed down, but not by much. They will also be marked and skippable, so if you're not into that kind of stuff, you don't have to read them (and you won't miss much).

Book 1 is complete at 40 chapters/93k words. (Except now it appears there'll be at least one bonus chapter.) I'll update daily, M-F until it's done. If you're waiting for 50 chapters/120k words to binge it, you'll be disappointed.

This is getting an audiobook treatment by professional voice actors who run a D&D / TTRPG game (no, not that group).

Book 2 is fully drafted (needs edits, bad) and will drop... idk, maybe a week after the first one ends? No promises there.
